Plan the project
• Understand contract structure of the projects and scope of responsibilities.
• Create a detailed work schedule plan which identifies activities needed to be successfully completed to reach project success.
• Prepare estimation of costs and benefit according to the project schedule.
• Define primary and secondary objectives upon completion.

Contract
• Prepare execution schedule definition.
• Map out liabilities of the different subcontractors and risk assessment.
• Work closely with Legal department and Finance department to check contents of contract

Follow up the project
• Follow up of progress of the works and comparison with the planned schedule.
• Define protocols of communication (reports templates, communication system and organigram, etc.) with subcontractor and/or customer.
• Coordinate with Engineering team to define IFC drawings properly.

Manager, Onshore Wind Project Management

【POSITION SUMMARY】

Manager of Onshore Wind Project Management takes full responsibility on assigned onshore wind project(s) in Japan. Its objective and purpose are to complete the assigned project(s) within approved timeline, frozen budget, required quality and safety well as CAPAX and DEVEX properly. Onshore Wind Project Manager shall coordinate all related internal disciplines and external stakeholders including local communities and lenders.
Reporting to the General Manager of EPC Onshore Wind, the position will be based in Tokyo, Japan and involve travelling to onshore wind power plants across the region. Furthermore, this role needs to be accountable for exploring the new area under General Manager.

Sr. Manager, EPC Project Management, Solar and BESS

POSITION SUMMARY:
The EPC Project Management Senior Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives in the renewable energy sector. This role requires driving project performance, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement to achieve timely and cost-effective project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
◆Project Planning and Execution
1 Oversee projects execution with focus on technical, commercial, schedule, safety, quality and economics. Planning and forecasting of EPC activities from early stages until COD.
2 Supervise overall construction in cooperation with Construction Manager to make sure that constructors are performing in accordance with the agreements and project targets.
3 Reporting about current progress of the construction and hold weekly internal and vendors meetings, maintaining a list of project action items.
4 Supervise and coordinate with project team members to ensure proper communication, timely and efficient actions.
5 Ensure and report Compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Standards.
6 Manage day-to-day project operation, enforcing our standards and minimizing risks and assuring that corrective actions are taken timely, if needed.
7 Support in discussions with METI, Utility, Prefecture, and any other Authority during phase before Construction and during Construction (in supporting mode with Construction PM).
8 In coordination with Development and Permitting Team monitor and ensure we are obtaining the permits needed for start construction such as forest permit, EIA. and Supervise land acquisition needed for the execution of the project is carried out in accordance with Project’s needs (PV site, grid connection, substation, access road).
9 Support investment department in Project Financing activities (if applicable).
10 Maintain project cash flows, master schedules and reporting tools.

◆Contract Management
1 Prepare RFP for Civil and EPC works in coordination with Engineering Team.
2 Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with Contractors, Suppliers, Developers and other Third Parties.
3 Monitor project budget and schedule in accordance with the agreements, integrating permitting schedule with the Civil/EPC schedule and other contractual obligations.

​​Accounting & Tax ​ (Finance), 会計・税務

Finance manager oversees the operation of Project accounting and audit/tax compliance. This role will be responsible
for day-to-day accounting and tax transactions, as well as monthly financial reporting activities. The position is often
consulted by and works in conjunction with the investment, commercial, asset management, legal teams and Group
accounting team to address accounting/tax concerns arising from both existing and potential projects.
Additionally, more than 50 entities issue local audited financial statements involving different auditors in line with TK
agreements. The team handles tax compliance, including income tax, business tax, consumption tax, depreciable asset
tax, and withholding tax on distribution. The Manager's responsibilities include managing internal and external
accounting/tax reporting compliance by effectively communicating with auditors, tax preparers, internal departments,
and the Singapore head office.

【Key Responsibilities】
1.Responsible for maintaining accurate monthly
accounting records in accordance with IFRS/Group
Accounting Policies and JGAAP
2.Responsible for timely and accurate tax submissions to
tax authorities and working with tax agents
3.Managing and coordinating the annual financial
statements or semi-annual financial reporting
audit/review process with external auditors.
4.Fund Management
5.Process:
-Leading the investment handover process for any
M&A or project finance.
-Leading in the standardization, formulation, and
documentation of finance process flows, procedures,
and user guide documentation.
6.Value creation: Identify opportunities to streamline
process workflows and execute the plan with the
objective of:
- Improve the accuracy of accounting records
- Improve efficiency of record keeping through
change in workflow or automation
- Cost reduction (e.g. outsource vs in-house,
centralisation etc)
7.Responsible for division budgets
8.Attend to ad-hoc reporting request from Head of
Finance, Japan and Sr. Finance manager
