・Work with internal stakeholders to establish and improve the system for project management and control.
・Work with internal stakeholders to define and track protocols for communication including regular meetings, reporting, templates, communication and organization.
・Work with internal stakeholders to prepare common project directories and filing structures to ensuring information is appropriately stored and shared within project team

[Project planning]
Assure and assist project managers to:
・Define the scope of the project according to project management and control system requirements.
・Create a detailed work schedule which identifies activities needed to be　successfully completed for project success (timeline, action plan, etc.).
・Compile and amend budgets in line with approved project scope, schedule and returns.

[Follow up the project ]
Assure and assist project managers to:
・Track progress of development and compare with baseline.
・Track and evaluate financial performance of the project including spend against budget, forecast cost to complete etc.
・Prepare regular reports on the project for management in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

[Evaluation of the project]
・Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that project completion is　achieved on time and within budget.
・Work with internal stakeholders to evaluate economic results and financial performance (final Cash Flow and deviations compared with expected).

We are looking for project engineer to support and coordinate the engineering activities and deliverables across development of offshore wind farms in Japan.
日本の洋上風力発電所の開発におけるエンジニアリング活動と成果物のサポートおよび調整するプロジェクトエンジニアを募集しています。

【Responsibilities 】
1. Support site condition data collection, including wind, Metocean, geophysical & geotechnical survey (BOD-A)
2. Technical evaluation of OWT foundation design (e.g., preliminary concept screening, design methodology, design basis (BOD-C), design drawings, & design reports review, etc) with engineering manager
3. Technical evaluation of site-specific geotechnical & seismic conditions (e.g., geotechnical interpretation report (GIR), soil springs, & seismic site response analysis, etc) with engineering manager
4. Undertake desktop research (i.e., literature reviews) into various engineering subjects and reporting key findings to the team.
5. Prepare scope of work (SoW) & RFP (e.g., for G&G survey, engineering consultants, foundation fabrication, & Scour protection, etc) and evaluate the technical proposals with engineering manager
6. Collaborate with other disciplines (e.g., development & technical service) in Pre-FEED process
7. Manage the time schedule for Pre-FEED and progress monitoring
8. Prepare & engage technical meetings (internal & external) for Pre-FEED
9. Prepare technical note, MoM, & presentations summarizing key technical aspects
10 Prepare & review auction bid application

8. Pre-FEEDのための技術会議(社内外)の準備と参加
9. テクニカルノート、MoM、および主要な技術的側面をまとめたプレゼンテーションの準備
