【POSITION SUMMARY】
The position will be responsible for leading the entire procurement activities for Vena Japan and will be the external as well as internal interface for all the related activities for both wind, solar and storage projects, managing the relationship with the Suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, finalize and close contracts. Among other procurement activities, the position shall also be responsible for management of contracts including contractual obligations, managing contractual claims, vendors development and management of ongoing contracts, statutory compliance and support BD/EPC team on costing/scheduling.

【Key Responsibility】
■Establishes a professional working relationship with various vendors, focusing mainly on large scale wind, storage and solar projects, maintain a data base for future business prospects. To manage vendors (existing & new) at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives
- Vendors engagement to have business continuity and achieve the costing within the budgets, with the required technical and safety considerations

■Lead and own the ongoing contracts for projects under execution, as well as close the contracts for new opportunities starting from initiation
- Able to manage, monitor, and control the execution within the overall budgets

■Responsible for entire procurement cycle starting from
Vendor identification, soliciting the proposal & presentation, techno-commercial negotiations, closing/finalization of orders and contract management.
- Cost minimization and Compliance

■Contract discussion/finalization with various stake holders, tracking pending tasks and closing of contracts in co-ordination with legal team.
- To have quality of terms, right warranties in place, claims management

■Management of contract post award of Contract to Vendors. Work in collaboration with different functional teams like engineering, project execution, quality for material planning to understand of the project timelines, related constraints, and fulfilment of project requirements and monitoring obligations.
- Lead and support to meet various deliverables for successful project execution.

■Vendor development, Commercial evaluation and management for various procurement activities.
- Business development and costs optimization.

■Commercials management viz Insurance support, Statutory compliance.
- Business development and costs optimization.

■Procurement strategy, plan & successful execution of packages required for the Project.
■Develop alternative sources/ vendors for imports / high value equipment.

【Position　Summary】
Procurement Manager oversees the efficient sourcing and acquisition of wind turbine components, civil engineering and construction, electrical engineering and transportation/installation, and all related services. Responsibilities include supplier collaboration, contract negotiation, and procurement strategy optimization. This role requires strong negotiation skills, supply chain expertise, and a focus on cost-effectiveness while ensuring quality standards are met. The Procurement Manager plays a crucial role in driving efficiency and continuous improvement within the procurement process.
Reporting to the General Manager of EPC Onshore Wind, the position will be based in Tokyo, Japan and involve travelling to onshore wind power plants across the region. Furthermore, this role needs to be accountable for exploring the new area under General Manager.

【Key Responsibilities】
■Assist project-specific selection and approval of wind turbines following consideration of design
evolution, site conditions, certification, logistics, performance, maintainability and reliability.

■Support turbine, installation and transportation due diligence for new projects and collaborate with development and technical service teams in relation to wind resource assessment, energy yield estimation, grid code
compliance and environmental impacts.

■Manage the development projects getting support from EPC Wind and Technical Service team.

■Negotiate on terms and conditions sheet basis in line with early works with OEMs.

■Manage TSA and LTSA negotiation on both technical and commercial in collaboration with the technical service, commercial, legal team, logistics and Project Manager(s).

■Send RFQ, obtain quotations by due date, negotiate the price keeping the technical requirement.

■Support Project financing (construction finance) in terms of technical Due Diligence, project cash flow
and lender’s clarifications.

■Establishment of O&M structure from the perspective of Site Base Facility and any other O&M related items until hand-over to NREO (O&M Contractor) and Asset Management team.

■Support General Manager and/or Project Manager to work on new area other than the above when requested.

■Implement all the NDAs with all supplies in relation to EPC Wind.

契約書、申請書類などの作成および管理、ならびにプロジェクトコストの管理を担当します。なお、Commercialチームのメンバーは、プロジェクトの進捗状況に応じて、3～5件のプロジェクトを担当します。

【主な業務内容】
1. 支払い、許認可、経産省対応、契約締結、ベンダー請求書、デューデリジェンス中の現地訪問、建設および運用など、プロジェクト全体のスケジュールを管理

2. プロジェクトに関連する契約書、許認可、経産省関連書類などの作成（ドラフト作成を含む）

3. 各種企業活動（契約締結、ベンダー請求書等）のスケジュールを総合的に管理

4. 担当プロジェクトのキャッシュフロー表を週次で更新

5. プロジェクトや企業タスクのスケジュールを完成させるため、社内の関係者と情報連携

6. 必要な情報をハード・ソフト両面で整理・保管

7. 週次会議のフォローアップ、To Doのトラッキングおよびプロジェクト状況のモニタリング

8. 必要に応じて、社内関係者の指示のもと、外部ベンダーや関係者とのコミュニケーションをリードし、情報収集やタスク調整を行う

9. 必要に応じたプロジェクトマネジメントサポート。現場作業の管理補助、現場責任の一部を担い、プロジェクトマネージャーに直接報告

10. リサーチおよび情報収集・分析の補助

11. レストランの予約、コピー、ファックス、スキャンなど、プロジェクトチームへの一般的な事務サポート

12. プロジェクトチームおよび会社から合理的に依頼されるその他の業務

【Position Summary】

【Key Responsibility】
1. Wind resource assessments and wind farm layout design for wind farms
2. Met mast and RSD location identification considering constraints, timing and layout issues
3. Wind farm value engineering and commercial optimization
4. Mast and RSD deployment, data analysis and management for development and operating projects
5. Management of 3rd party advisors for wind energy engineering
6. Site visits, terrain assessments, met mast and RSD inspections and supervision of installation
7. Leading technical contracting discussions
