POSITION SUMMARY

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Manager of HSSE in implementing HSSE systems, initiatives and programs, providing regular training and conducting periodical audits to ensure that all Employees, Contractors and Subcontractors are fully aware of and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and standards set by the Company in their work activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist Manager of HSSE for the deployment and continuous functional performance of the management approved HSE systems and programs, including the necessary vigilance to avoid failure of these systems and providing feedback and recommendations to the Manager of HSSE as required
- Assist in the development of materials for Health, Safety and Environment inductions and training
- Assist in monitoring and conducting proper Health and Safety training and education programs as well as the appropriate type of safety equipment and it's correct use to all Employees
- Record all training attended and competencies gained by each employee, monitor training progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Assist Manager of HSSE and conduct random and regular inspection of workplaces, equipment, and practices
- Assist Manager of HSSE to conduct initial Environmental, Health and Safety examination for project under development phase
- Accountable to ensure all projects are fully compliant with all relevant Government Regulations relating to Health, Safety and Environment
- Accountable to compile and maintain all site data regarding HSSE and CSR to be submitted into the Anaplan and to provide any data request from Manager of HSSE
- Liaison and coordination between related work across contractors in HSSE matters.
- Follow up HSSE related matters on each project supporting CM and PM team.
- Provide instructions and measures to be taken by contractors to prevent accidents.

【Middle Stage of Land Development】
•Land contract with landowners
•Field surveys, including environmental impact assessments, and various permits and approvals

【Final Stage of Land Development and Afterwards】
•Management of land registration
•Managing the performance of land contracts once construction has commenced (including during operation)
•Managing the necessary communication to landowners and local support

1.HSSE & Community Management System

Lead the initial Environmental, Health and Safety examination for project under development; construction and operation

5.Government Legislation Compliance
Accountable to ensure all projects are fully compliant with all relevant Government Regulations relating to Health, Safety and Environment
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment activities of the department and those of the project as a whole are compliant with internal policies and procedures and relevant legislation requirements.

6.HSSE & CSR Data
Monitor the completion and reporting of all site data regarding HSSE and CSR to be submitted into the Anaplan and to provide any data request from Manager of HSSE.

7.Liaises with Stakeholders
Liaison and coordination between related work across contractors in HSSE matters.
Follow up HSSE related matters on each project supporting CM and PM team.
Provide instructions and measures to be taken by contractors to prevent accidents.

CSR activities (80%): To contribute to business promotion and building good relationships with stakeholders, candidate will be involved in planning and implementing CSR activities.

Corporate communication/PR (20%): In order to build the corporate brand and improve credibility, you will be involved in planning and managing public relations activities that contribute to building good relationships with stakeholders, including the media.

WTG Engineer

• Lead project-specific selection and approval of wind turbines following consideration of design evolution, site conditions, certification, logistics, performance, maintainability and reliability.
• Take care of OEM discussions, Early works agreement, Procurement of OEM/WTG, Service availability agreement, and Service maintenance agreement.

• Support the operations team in assessing performance improvement options, retrofits and design changes as and when offered by OEM’s.
• Management of 3rd party advisors for Leading technical contracting discussions, and Prepare technical schedules for contracts
• Train and mentor new wind engineers
