1. Support for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing
・Enter journal entries, analyse account balances, and perform reconciliations.
・Manage closing schedules and coordinate with relevant departments.
2. Fixed Assets Management
・Maintain and update the fixed asset registration and record depreciation,
・Support physical inventory counts
3. Lease Accounting
・Identify lease contracts account for tight of use and lease liability
・Ensure compliance with IFRS16
4. Inventory Accounting
・Inventory reconciliation process
・PPV calculation/review process
5. Balance Sheet Reconciliation
・Reconcile balance sheet accounts through Blackline
・Collect and verify supporting evidence in line with internal control requirement
6.Intercompany Transaction Confirmation
・Confirm intercompany balances and coordinate with subsidiaries
7.Audit Support
・Liaise with internal and external auditors.
8.Tax Filing Support
・Preparation of Required Documents for Tax Filing.
9.Team Management Support
・Train, mentor and review the work of staff
10.Support any other ad hoc tasks which may occur in the team
