This position will manage multiple shop-in-shop (SIS) of Salomon to maximize SIS sales and profits. It also activates staff motivation and brand loyalty, and develops long-term SIS growth strategies. You will also collaborate with VM, Training, Retail Marketing and Operations in Salomon Retail team to create a great customer experience in our SIS.

• Achievement of sales targets and KPIs management for SIS in charge.
• Recruit, develop and motivate the team and enhance staff engagement.
• Enhance customer experience by improvement hospitality mind and selling skills of SIS staff.
• Work with business partner and others to develop and implement SIS-specific promotions.
• Make regular rounds of SIS, checking on sales floor conditions and maintain brand presentation.
• Share information and issues found during store rounds with retail team to develop a clear action plan.
• Manage to ensure that the brand’s guideline (VM, Retail MKT) are implanted in stores.
