アシスタントストアマネージャーは、自らがDeckers Valueを体現し、Deckers Japan、ストアスタッフ、そして地域社会が短期・長期的に利益を得られるよう努めます。
また、アシスタントストアマネージャーはストアマネージャーをサポートします。 具体的には、セールスターゲットの達成、経費管理の責任、そしてDeckers Valueを体現するスタッフの育成をサポートします。

【本ポジションについて】
Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and cross-functional teams. Always represent the company in a positive and supportive manner. Proactively work for process improvement and new projects in collaboration colleagues in China and the US.

Accountant is responsible for handling in the following areas:
• Fixed Asset accounting in JGAAP basis and tax filing support
• Japan Accounting data accuracy
• Partnership with Shanghai GL, AP and AR teams
• Corporate income tax, stamp tax filing
• Statutory closing, compliance, internal / external audits
• Global project Implementation and process Improvement

【本ポジションについて】
Provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Work closely with Sales team to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment. Customer Service Coordinator oversees orders from start to finish, delivery schedule announcements to customers, anticipate problems and troubleshoot accordingly. Manage back and across the business in Japan, will have a good political understanding, strong negotiating skills and a high level of patience and professionalism.
