・月次、四半期、年次決算業務をサポートし、グローバルのアカウンティングスタンダードに則って各種財務諸表を作成する
・月次財務パッケージを作成し、Senior Finance Manager/Finance Directorに報告する。
・貸借対照表の照合作業
・月次アクルーアルの管理とレビュー
・固定資産の管理
・キャッシュフローの管理と予測
・税法や商法で定められた報告書をタイムリーに提出する
・法人税、消費税等申告の補助業務
・会計監査、内部監査対応
・その他、会社の業容拡大に併せて必要な経理業務

・Provide Legal support primarily executing contracts for all Amer Sports brands and Amer Sports office. Contracts includes corporate legal related topics and product patent and trademark.
A) 30%: Managing Sales and related contracts
B) 30%: Managing Patents & Trademarks of our brands
C) 20%: Supporting employees about daily legal topics
D) 10%: Handling conflicts about Trademark Infringement cases
E) 10%: Supporting HR director about labor/legal topics
・Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements in English and Japanese by utilize contracted counsel support as needed.
・Support Japan HR Director to manage legal matters with both internal and external stakeholders.
・Manage special local, regional, or global projects where required.

- Own the SALOMON SG (Run, Hike, Fashion) marketing planning & execution
- Lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and content/communication
- Manage working relationships with agencies (Creative, Media and PR)
- Close cross-functional work with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams
- Execute key marketing processes & track KPI’s
- Execute & potentially tailor/adapt brand strategy to maximize demand creation in Japan with collaborating deeply with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams

・D2C Project both offline an online and solution development for and implementation for O2O & OMO function
・Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
・Perform risk management to minimize potential risk.
・Ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
・Provide training to users (both store and office users) regarding software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
・Manage system change and improvement of demand.
・Analyze business process and propose improvement and implementation.
