Director, APAC Technology

As the APAC Regional Technology Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape for one of the fastest-growing regions in our global business. This is a strategic leadership position where you’ll define and execute a roadmap that unifies diverse technology stacks across APAC under Arc’teryx’s global strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to build processes and structures that don’t yet exist, influence regional business decisions, and act as a trusted technology partner to senior leaders. Expect to navigate challenges such as aligning multiple countries with varying regulations and operational models, while driving innovation and scalability. This role is based out of our Tokyo office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Japan.
