MD Allocator is responsible for managing inventory allocation and ensuring that merchandise is distributed to stores in a timely and efficient manner.
Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to determine the appropriate allocation of merchandise, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered to stores as scheduled.

The main responsibility of this position is to support the training, development, and elevation of retail teams in Japan as we continue to grow. This person will be responsible for facilitating engaging trainings with direction and content from global and regional teams. This role is responsible for driving topline business results through retail store teams and the overall retail business of Japan.

・ Work with local vendor or Global IT, support maintenance and management such as ERP, BI tool, and other IT applications.
・ D2C Project both offline an online and solution development for and implementation for O2O & OMO function
・ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
・ Optimize Stock allocation or solve stock management issues.
・ Perform risk management to minimize potential risk.
・ Ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
・ Provide training to users (both store and office users) regarding software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
・ Manage system change and improvement of demand.
・ Analyze business process and propose improvement and implementation.
