このポジションは、在庫の配分管理を担当し、商品が店舗に適切かつ効率的に配送されるよう責任を負います。販売動向と在庫水準を適格に分析し、適切な商品の配分を決定するとともに、クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、商品が予定通りに店舗に配送されるよう確保します。
MD Allocator is responsible for managing inventory allocation and ensuring that merchandise is distributed to stores in a timely and efficient manner.
Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to determine the appropriate allocation of merchandise, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered to stores as scheduled.

| 概要・業務内容 補足 | • Salesデータと在庫を分析し、商品配分を決定する • 店舗の在庫レベルをモニターし、必要に応じて配分を調整する • 週次販売予算を考慮しながら、店舗の販売を支援するために在庫の配送スケジュールを計画する • MD/VMD、リテール部門およびクロスファンクショナルチームと協力し、商品が計画通りに店舗に配送されるように確保する • 入庫・出庫在庫レベルと配分パフォーマンスを追跡するためのレポートの作成 • FOH（フロントオブハウス）とBOH（バックオブハウス）の容量に基づいて、初期配分と補充の最小/最大量を決定する • 在庫の不一致を特定し解決する • 市場動向を把握し、消費者需要に基づいて商品配分の提案を行う • 新しい在庫配分ツール/メソドロジーの開発を支援する • Analyze sales data and inventory levels to determine merchandise allocation • Monitor store inventory levels and adjust allocations as necessary • Considering sales weekly sales budget and plan inventory delivery schedule to support store sales • Collaborate with MD/VMD, Retail and cross-functional teams to ensure merchandise is delivered to stores on time and as Plan • Create and maintain reports to track inbound and outbound inventory levels and allocation performance • Determine initial allocation and replenishment min/max based on FOH & BOH capacitiy • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies • Stay up-to-date on market trends and make recommendations for merchandise allocation based on consumer demand • Support developing new inventory allocation tools / methodology |
| 必須スキル・経験 | ・小売業（オフィスまたは店舗）または在庫管理もしくは在庫配分における3年以上の経験 ・優れた分析スキルと細部への注意力 ・部門横断的なチームと協働できる能力 ・Microsoft Excel（Vlookup、ピボットなど）およびその他のデータ分析ツールに精通している ・優れたコミュニケーション能力 • 3+ years of experience in Retail (office or store) or inventory management or allocation • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot etc) and other data analysis tools • Excellent communication and organizational skills |
