Due to the expansion of Salomon's business in Japan, we are looking for new staff to join our team.

The eCommerce Digital Marketing Specialist is at the forefront of driving our online presence. Work closely within brand marketing team and take the lead in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drove customer engagement, and boost conversions. He or she will also leverage data insights and optimize campaigns to fuel our eCommerce growth.

Salomon has a high market share in trail running shoes and backpacks.
We also offer sneakers, which are growing in popularity as a fashion icon, and winter sports gear such as snowboards and skis, so it is full of a variety of fascinating experiences.

概要・業務内容 補足 Translating Brand Strategy into Digital Marketing Strategy
-Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall goals and objectives.
-Ensure that the digital marketing strategy supports the brand strategy and enhances the company’s online presence.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as brand marketing, merchandising and CRM teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

Creating Best-in-class Digital Advertising
-Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search marketing (SEM), display advertising, and affiliate program to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
-Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximize ROI, such as A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing approaches.
-Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Managing Digital Operation
-Mange budgets and financial aspects of digital marketing campaigns including cost monitoring and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
-Report campaign results to the team, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.

Staying Up-to-Date on Digital Marketing Trends
-Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage opportunities.
必須スキル・経験 -Bachelor’s degree or higher
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment
-Proficiency in various marketing tools and analytics software, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
-Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the eCommerce industry.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
