This position will manage multiple retail store of Salomon to maximize store sales and profits. It also activates staff motivation and brand loyalty, and develops long-term store growth strategies. You will also collaborate with VM, Training, Retail Marketing and Operations to create a great customer experience in our stores.

概要・業務内容 補足 | • Achievement of sales targets and KPIs management for stores in charge. • Recruit, develop and motivate the store team and enhance store staff engagement. • Enhance customer experience by improvement hospitality mind and selling skills of retail store staff. • Work with mall operators and others to develop and implement store-specific promotions. • Improve efficiency of store operations by leveraging HC, roles and assignments of store staff. • Manage to ensure that the brand’s guideline (VM, Retail MKT) are implanted in stores. |
必須スキル・経験 | • 3+ years of experience managing multiple stores as preferably in outdoor, sports and fashion industry. • Experience in store opening, closing and renewal operations. • Advanced knowledge of store MD and VMD is a plus. • Strong business orientation (passion, interest and understanding) • Good communication, analytical and networking skills • Self starter. Be hands on. • Good knowledge of the Japanese retail market • General IT / PC Skill, Excel Word, Power point |
