You will lead cross-functional projects related to EC, DX, and CRM at Amer Sports Japan.
As our business expands, various new needs arise across our brands. In this position, you will oversee the implementation and development of new systems and improvement projects required by each brand, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

概要・業務内容 補足 1. Project Planning
- Understand the company’s business strategy and requirements to identify issues and needs in the EC/DX/CRM domains
- Define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop execution plans

2. Project Management
- Conduct comprehensive project management, including scheduling, resource management, and budget control
- Coordinate tasks and prioritize work to identify and resolve risks or issues at an early stage

3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, EC, Customer Support)
- Handle negotiations and directions with external vendors

4. DX and Process Improvement
- Plan and propose new business models leveraging digital technologies
- Improve existing processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
必須スキル・経験 · 3+ years of experience in either EC, DX, or CRM projects (regardless of project scale)
· Project management experience (preferably cross-departmental projects involving multiple teams)
· Knowledge of system implementation and business process improvement, and experience in driving projects
· Strong negotiation and communication skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
· Basic IT literacy (understanding concepts such as SaaS tools and cloud services)
· Ability to use English at a daily conversational or written level (enough to handle emails and chats with overseas teams)
歓迎スキル・経験 · Experience operating or consulting for an EC site
· Familiarity with Shopify and related applications
· Experience in implementing and operating CRM-related systems (e.g., Omnisend, Klavio, Salesforce, HubSpot)
· Experience leading organization-wide DX promotion projects
