We are seeking a highly skilled and trusted Senior FP&A Manager to join the Amer Sports Finance team. This role will report directly to the Finance Director in Japan and will involve close collaboration with key APAC stakeholders, the Japan Country Manager, and Brand Heads in Japan, in addition to other essential members of the local Finance team. 概要・業務内容 補足 - Oversee the preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly sales tracking reports, delivering comprehensive insights to stakeholders in a timely and actionable manner.
- Own the preparation of monthly variance reports, comparing actuals against forecast, budget, and prior-year figures.
- Lead the quarterly forecasting process and manage the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate performance relative to forecast, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities to optimize business performance.
- Lead the multi-year business planning process in collaboration with the Strategy Team, driving performance and monitoring financial outcomes in alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the Accounting Team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the monthly period-end close, taking ownership of the monthly management P&L with a focus on quality, deadlines, and necessary analysis.
- Ensure the provision of insightful and high-quality reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and supporting business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Team and Finance Business Partners to report on monthly marketing expenses, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Partner with the HR team to manage personnel costs, providing detailed cost analysis to ensure effective cost control.
- Work with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to analyze logistics costs, ensuring thorough cost analysis and robust cost control measures.
- Lead ad-hoc financial analyses and develop financial models to provide actionable recommendations and robust business cases.
- Cultivate effective relationships with the local Brand Team and cross-functional partners to ensure support is both efficient and timely, contributing to overall business success.
- Enhance team performance by providing leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance environment.
必須スキル・経験 - 15+ years’ experience in Finance, including 5+ years in a similar position
歓迎スキル・経験 - Working experience with SAP EPP system (preferable)
- Interest in outdoor or sports (preferable)
