SALOMON Japan is on the search for a dynamic /innovative person to take on the challenge of connecting our performance heritage with the evolving consumer base through the Sportstyle initiative.

- Lead the SALOMON Sportstyle marketing planning & execution
- Lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and content/communication
- Manage working relationships with agencies (Creative, Media and PR)
- Cross-functional work with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams
- Execute key marketing processes & track KPI’s
- Execute & potentially tailor/adapt brand strategy to maximize demand creation in Japan with collaborating deeply with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams

概要・業務内容 補足 - Marketing strategy planning and execution
- Market research and trend analysis
- Visual concept management for the brand
- Brand community cultivation (influencer marketing, consumer event planning and execution)
- PR activities such as press release distribution, press exhibitions, lease management, and media placement
- PR agency management
- B2B account product launch planning and execution (in-store decorations, campaigns, etc.)
- Membership program activation
- Advertising campaign management (Google Ads, SNS advertising, etc.)
- Reporting to headquarters
- Marketing budget management
必須スキル・経験 - More than 5 years related working experience in similar industry(Fashion,Sneaker,Sports)
- Digital Marketing Experience
- Passion for Fashion / Outdoor and general Sports will be a plus
歓迎スキル・経験 - Digital Marketing Experience will be plus
求める人物像 - Strong marketer with brand marketing toolbox, preferably with fashion brand experience
- Marketing track record of achievement and contributing to brand development & growth
- Dedicated and passionate
- Excellent in project and budget management
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivated
- Work independent
