・Merchandising operation specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of all the operational activity within Salomon Footwear, Bags & Socks, Apparel & Accessories Merchandising team.
・Most focus will be on Demand & Inventory management. Other tasks include seasonal order management, allocation, as well as managing quality control incidents.

概要・業務内容 補足 The main responsibilities of this position are to own all operational activities within Merchandising team to support sales through product and inventory lens. The focus will be on demand & inventory management.
・Create demand plan & analyse demand accuracy
・Conduct stock allocation based on sales order and forecast.
・Tracking sales and inventory data, and making data-driven recommendations and improvements
・Work with supply chain team as well as SALOMON HQ team to track seasonal delivery.
・Track inventory levels based on the current stock, delivery, and sell through plan to make sure the business has the right products to sell
・Manage Open to Buy process
・Manage QC incidents when notified by SALOMON HQ team
必須スキル・経験 ・3+ years in experience in Demand & inventory management
・Passion for outdoor activities
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
・Excellent communication skills to work across different functions
・Strong Microsoft Excel skill
・Business level English communication skills
歓迎スキル・経験 ・Experience in working in omni-channel environment is a plus
・Experience with SAP is a plus

• Business-level communication skills in English
