As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for the execution of the training strategy for our retail stores. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver transformational learning experiences related to any of our current and future products. Note that this position requires visiting our retail stores to work closely with our retail shop staffs on a regular basis.

Product Trainerとして、Arc’teryx製品トレーニングの戦略立案、実行を担当いただきます。横断的に他部署と連携し、変革的且つ先を見据えた学びの機会を提供します。Arc’teryx店舗へ定期的に訪問し、店舗スタッフと密に連携をしながらトレーニングを実施いたします。

概要・業務内容 補足 • Deliver strategic product training programs to support our retail stores
• Observe how shop staffs interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
• Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
• Managing logistics, scheduling, and resources for training events, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives
• Apply various retail training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities)
• Facilitating feedback collection from training sessions, analysing data, and relaying insights to Training Manager and cross-functional stakeholders for ongoing program enhancement
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

• 店舗スタッフとお客様のやり取りを観察し、改善点の必要性を特定します
• 個人、チーム両面でのトレーニングニーズを判断します
• 戦略的な目標に沿ってトレーニングイベントに向けた運営、スケジュール、リソースの管理を行います
• 様々なリテールトレーニング手法を適用します (ゲーミフィケーション、ケーススタディ、グループアクティビティなど)
• トレーニングセッションのフィードバック収集とデータ分析を行い、洞察をトレーニングマネージャーや関連部署へ共有して継続的なプログラム強化を図ります
• トレーニング内容や資料のアップデートを行います
必須スキル・経験 • Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similar role
• High interest in technical outdoor product
• Experience in a retail leadership role
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

• リテールトレーナー、セールストレーナーまたは同様の役職での勤務経験
• アウトドア製品（特に機能性）への高いご関心
• リテール領域におけるリーダーシップ職のご経験
• 社内外、部門問わず良好に関係性を築ける対人能力
歓迎スキル・経験 • Experienced in Sporting/Outdoor Goods is a plus
• スポーツやアウトドア製品に関する業務経験

勤務時間 9:30 – 18:15（実働7時間45分 休憩1時間）
