概要・業務内容補足	• Perform project coordination, including liaising with landlord consultants, construction companies, and internal project team optimizing the main goals (timing, budget, quality) of the project • Make sure all design, engineering and construction tasks are performed according to local laws, regulations. • Implement tasks to control and achieve the construction budget. • Maintain a keen sense of urgency for the time management of the onset and all phases of the project up to completion and then. • Acts promptly to the repair request of interior, furniture and facilities from retail team • Provides support to the entire Retail Development department.
