We are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join Autodesk’s Worldwide Sales Finance team. The Wilson business partner is reporting directly to Finance Director in Japan. The position will collaborate closely with Wilson Japan Team, Head of Wilson APAC and APAC Finance Team in order to drive business growth by monitoring business results and making recommendations on business and financial decisions.

概要・業務内容 補足 - Lead the top-line financial annual and multi-year planning set targets that drive performance, monitoring financial results in accordance with strategic business initiatives.
- Manage the weekly/Monthly forecasting process for all top-line metrics, including forecast calls, ensuring they are timely and reliable.
- Provide financial advice to business leaders, primarily Wilson Brand team in Japan, on business and financial decisions.
- Manage and monitor the discount approval process and analyze results.
- Drive ad-hoc financial analyses and models to provide recommendations and business cases.
- Manage operating expenses to ensure that we operate the business within spending budget and drive productivity improvements throughout the organization.
- Own approval process of new store opening including P&L forecast and CAPEX control.
- Own Pre/Post control of major marketing investment.
- Own Budget and quarterly forecasting process to ensure the P&L forecast is challenging enough but achievable.
- Establish an effective relationship with the local brand team and other functions to ensure support from that team is efficient, effective, and timely.
必須スキル・経験 - 10+ years’ experience in Finance, including 3+ years in a similar position
- Agility to work in a fast-change business and multinational environment.
- Experience with forecasting and financial analysis.
