As the SCADA Engineer in the Technical Services Department, you will play a pivotal role in leading, advising, coordinating, and supporting key workstreams across Solar Engineering, Wind Engineering, Battery Engineering, and Operational Management simultaneously. This position will ensure that SCADA systems are implemented efficiently and aligned with company objectives, while also exploring innovative solutions to optimize plant operations. The dynamic nature of projects requires a composed approach with the ability to self-manage priorities while being able to communicate effectively across various departments. This position will require traveling to sites up to 30%.

| 募集 要項 | Solar SCADA: • Lead and drive SCADA discussions with suppliers for solar projects in development and construction. • Review SCADA design proposed by SCADA vendors to ensure it fulfils company requirements (including IT, EPC, O&M and Asset Management + Centre of Excellence-Analytics (CoE-A)). • Lead and coordinate the commissioning of SCADA and monitoring systems, ensuring successful tests (e.g., PPC, communication, alarm tests) while working collaboratively with other teams. Provide support for substation commissioning, focusing on seamless information handover, including PLC mapping. Wind SCADA: • Conduct SCADA design review of wind projects in development and construction and advise the team to ensure it fulfils the company requirements. • Coordinate commissioning (like Solar SCADA scope) and the integration of the SCADA system to the in-house monitoring platform via CoE-A and IT. Battery SCADA: • Lead SCADA discussions with SCADA and BESS vendors to ensure the design proposals are comprehensive and fulfil the purpose of the BESS in the electricity market. • Provide advice to project team to ensure the essential operational parameters are captured to monitor the Warranties and Guarantees and the overall health of the BESS plant. • Support commissioning of BESS plant and integration of SCADA system via CoE-A and IT. Operational Management SCADA: • Lead and coordinate SCADA retrofitting (design and deployment) for operational plants. • Support SCADA system integration (for applicable projects) into a centralised monitoring platform for operational plants for smoother operational management and reporting. • Support SCADA discussions with suppliers to resolve monitoring issues for operational plants (missing data, alarm tests, incorrect readings, etc.) General: • Collaborate effectively with all teams to ensure commissioning preparedness and smooth execution and can self-manage tasks and workload through prioritization • Prepare RFQ packages and analyse cost benchmarks for vendor selection for all technologies and provide strategic suggestions to project team for negotiation. • Explore new SCADA technology for operational and new plants. To collaborate with Regional Tech/IT teams/Asset Management/O&M teams for the best industry practices and provide learning workshops if appropriate. |
| 勤務時間 | 9:00 – 18:00 (including lunch break of 1-hour, flexible hours system with core time between 11:00 to 15:00). |

| 必須スキル・経験 | • Professional SCADA experience in RE Industry 4+ years • SCADA related commissioning of plants • SCADA design experience • Technical SCADA knowledge (protocols, architecture, and components) • AutoCAD skills + drawing competency • MSExcel proficiency • OPC and API knowledge as well as basic knowledge on database management |
