The Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in ensuring stable product supply and supporting business growth through effective supply chain management.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role operates as an individual contributor and takes ownership of key supply chain activities and cross-functional initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners.
In addition to core supply chain operations, this position supports new product launches, technology transfer projects, and CMO management activities in a growing pharmaceutical organization.

| 必須スキル・経験 | 1. Supply Chain Operations • Ensure alignment across supply chain functions to maintain stable product supply and proactively address supply risks. • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in S&OP processes and facilitate communication between Commercial, Finance, Quality, and global supply chain teams. • Collaborate with demand planning, supply planning, order management, logistics, and inventory management teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. 2. New Product Launch & Technology Transfer • Support supply chain activities related to new product launches, technology transfers, and product lifecycle management. • Collaborate with global supply chain teams, manufacturing sites, QA/RA, Commercial, and other stakeholders to ensure supply readiness for commercial launch. • Coordinate SCM-related project deliverables, timelines, risks, and mitigation actions within cross-functional project teams. • Support launch inventory planning, supply strategy development, and operational readiness activities. 3. CMO & External Partner Management • Establish and maintain effective relationships with CMOs, packaging suppliers, and other external partners. • Monitor supplier performance related to supply reliability, quality, delivery, and operational execution. • Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with Procurement and Quality functions. • Coordinate issue resolution with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure stable supply. 4. Material Master Data & Supply Chain Systems • Maintain and improve material master data required for supply chain operations, including product, packaging, and supply-related information. • Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP systems. • Support SAP/ERP enhancements, process improvements, and data governance initiatives. • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). • Strong analytical skills using Excel; Power BI experience is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational challenges. • Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain requirements (GMP/GDP) is preferred. Education • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Logistics, or related fields. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, procurement, or related operations. • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industries is preferred. • Experience supporting new product launches, technology transfers, or supply chain projects is highly desirable. • Experience working with CMOs, suppliers, logistics providers, or external partners is an advantage. • Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment is preferred. |
