■About the Role
Meiko Kids e, an all‑English afterschool program and preschool operated by Meiko Network Japan, is seeking a Native English Teacher to join our team.
★We offer full training, a supportive environment, and a healthy work‑life balance with almost no overtime. Many of our teachers also take advantage of our family‑friendly policies, including parental leave and flexible schedules.
■What You’ll Do
・Plan and lead daily English lessons
・Create and maintain a full English‑immersion environment for children and staff
・Provide basic childcare support for all students
・Ensure classroom cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and safety
・Train, coach, and supervise support staff
・Assist with school information sessions, seasonal events, and promotional activities
・Communicate student progress to parents and help support overall school operations
・Handle additional school and event duties assigned by the School Manager
