Dr. Martens Fukuoka Tenjin Part-Time Bilingual Sales Assistant (Japanese & English or Korean)

As a Sales Assistant at Dr. Martens, you will be responsible for a range of duties focused on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and working collaboratively with your team.

*Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 equivalent or above preferred)
*Applicants must hold a valid visa status that permits employment in Japan without work restrictions, or be international students with permission to engage in activities outside their visa status (Permission to Engage in Activity Other Than That Permitted).

On your first day, you will receive on-the-job training (OJT) from experienced team members, so you can start with confidence.

Customer Service & Sales
Provide friendly and engaging customer service
Assist customers with product recommendations and styling advice
Operate the cash register and process transactions

Store Operations
Check and manage inventory levels
Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and clean
Inspect, clean, and maintain products

Teamwork & Communication
Communicate effectively with customers and team members in Japanese
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive store environment

Optional Responsibilities
Create and share product styling content for social media and e-commerce platforms
Participate in photo shoots showcasing products and outfit inspiration
