当該分野が未経験の方でも、当法人では新人研修のトレーニング体勢、マニュアルが充実しており、専門の知識や技術を深めることができます。
基本的に病棟や外来、手術室での業務を兼任して行っています。ハードに思われるかもしれませんが、点滴や注射・採血など看護技術を存分に活かすことができます。また新卒やブランクがある場合も先輩看護師による指導のもとでしっかりと身につけることができます。
