入社後の業務をリアル体験！こどもと共に成長できるインターンシップ！
今回のインターンシップでは、新卒社員が入社後配属される「スーパーバイザー（運営スタッフ職）」として接客実務を経験することができます。

■経験できる業務
スーパーバイザー（運営スタッフ）職
キッザニアの施設内でお客様に直接サービスを提供するスタッフ
※新卒社員は、入社後最初にスーパーバイザーとして勤務を開始します。

■インターンシップ内容
フロントライン実習＋日報＋振り返り研修
※フロントライン実習：キッザニア内でのスーパーバイザー職実習のことです。
※日報：実習終了から次の実習開始までに実習内容、できたこと・できなかったこと、明日以降の目標など、実習の振り返りと目標設定を行うことでPDCAサイクルを身に付けていきます。
※振り返り研修：他大学の方とのグループディスカッションを行います。自分の考えを伝える／相手の話を理解する／意見をまとめ、発表するという社会人としても求められる機会の多いスキルを実践を通じて身に付けていきます。

■職種
下記いずれかの業務をご担当いただきます。
・パビリオンスタッフ
　　こども達の職業体験をサポート
・キャラクタースタッフ
　　ダンスやパフォーマンスでキッザニアの街を盛り上げるスタッフ
・カウンタースタッフ
　　お客様のスムーズな入退場手続きを担当
・フードスタッフ
　　飲食店で販売・調理を担当
・ショップスタッフ
　　ギフトショップで商品の販売、管理を担当

■実習期間
12月の初期研修参加日～2026年1月10日（日）
※12月の初期研修日：12月5日（土）12日（土）13日（日）19日（土）23日（水）
　　　　　　　　　　9:30~18:30 のいずれかに参加
※上記期間で100時間以上の勤務必須
※1月10日（日）は振り返り研修を実施予定です。

■実習時間
8:00～22:00（6時間を超える勤務の場合、休憩1時間あり）
※週2日、1日4時間以上の勤務必須

■休日
シフトによる

■対象者
2026年4月1日時点で大学生、短期大学生、専門学校生の方
※大学4年生、短期大学2年生、専門学校2年生の参加はご遠慮いただいております。

KidZania is a role-playing theme park where kids can participate in various jobs and activities.
They can also gain life skills and additional knowledge through the content included in the jobs, activities and structure of KidZania.

At KidZania Koshien, one of our primary goals with the English Activities Program is to give kids the opportunity and means to interact with people from around the world. Navigators hail from various countries and cultures and help KidZania offer a more diverse “Global” environment.
Navigators lead small groups of kids between the ages of 3 and 15 through activities conducted all in English. In addition to learning how to do the job activities at KidZania, kids are also able to learn about language differences, accents and cultures through their interaction with our Navigators.
Navigators also play an important role in supporting KidZania’s wider English Program, as well as providing guidance to guests that visit us from overseas.

For the Navigator position, the following requirements apply:
1. English Ability: Native/ TOEIC 830 or over.
2. JLPT N3
3. Working Days: 2 to 5 days per week.
Including availability on Wednesdays and either Saturdays or Sundays.
4. Working Hours: 10-40 hours per week (between 8:00am and 10:00pm).
