Manager, Digital Programs is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives that support business growth in the Japan market. This role provides structure, governance, and delivery excellence for cross-functional programs spanning retail, eCommerce, supply chain, and corporate functions.
Manager, Digital Programs ensures alignment between global initiatives and Japan-specific priorities, driving outcomes that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
The ideal candidate has strong project/program management skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead without direct authority across diverse teams and stakeholders.

【本ポジションについて】
The Sr Procurement Specialist will support APAC Procurement Manager in developing, executing, and managing sourcing initiative for all non-trade categories in Japan. They will collaborate with business stakeholders from various functional areas including Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, IT to identify opportunities for value improvement with competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and purchasing process compliance efforts. The position will be based in Tokyo reporting to the APAC Procurement Manager (based in Shanghai).

◆　主な役割：
Lead and manage holistic business planning process for UGG brand and its channels both on demand and supply side. Support functional planners in Demand Consensus, Supply Review and facilitate in Executive Review through 5-step Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) journey.
Partner and collaborate with business stakeholder to be accountable, reliable, and effective asset to drive business efficiency, inventory optimization and financial target achievement.
