Customer Service Coordinator

Provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Work closely with Sales team to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment. Customer Service Coordinator oversees orders from start to finish, delivery schedule announcements to customers, anticipate problems and troubleshoot accordingly. Manage back and across the business in Japan, will have a good political understanding, strong negotiating skills and a high level of patience and professionalism.

Provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Work closely with Sales team to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment. Customer Service Coordinator oversees orders from start to finish, delivery schedule announcements to customers, anticipate problems and troubleshoot accordingly. Manage back and across the business in Japan, will have a good political understanding, strong negotiating skills and a high level of patience and professionalism.
2 【業務内容】
30% Sales Order entry in EBS and order modification, when necessary
• Responsible for waving all allocated orders to the DC and monitoring fulfillment progress
• Ensure EDI orders have uploaded properly
• Phone and email communication with sales teams and customers to ensure smooth operation of order flow
• expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delivery schedule announcement, delays or early fulfillment

10% Release orders
• communicate with Credit controller when necessary on any stock holds relating to credit issues
• Support Logistics Manger for communication with the DC to ensure accurate and timely shipping

15% Return order management
• Process returns orders in conjunction with sales team and warehouse team


15% Inventory availability management
• Communicate with sales reps and logistics team to confirm receipt of inventory and update the status of available inventory in Bulk Order module
• Feeds stock holding information to sales teams to ensure flow of repeat orders

10% Master setup & maintenance
• Customer master (Customer, Payment, Ship-to, VAS, etc.)
• Item master
• Price master
• Price tag master

10% AR adjustment
• Payment gap confirmation for Sell-in order with AR team and sales team at monthly invoice basis
• Payment gap confirmation for Return order with AR team and sales team at monthly invoice basis

5% Local Tradeshow support
• Setup Deckers B2B module for local seasonal tradeshow
• Compiling and finalizing the tradeshow order details with the sales team

5% Other support
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting support to supervisor
• Collaboration work with Retail team, eCom team and CX team, when necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
