2 | 業務内容(職責) ※ (%)は全体の業務に対する割合を指します ■ Support and Enhance the Seasonal GTM process for the respective sales channels. (50%) • Working with the Merchandising, Retail and Marketing functions, develop, update and communicate a holistic seasonal GTM strategy that promotes our focus products, key stories and brand moments. • In preparation for the season, create the necessary materials to ensure alignment and a clear directive as to how we deliver our product and stories. • Produce GTM Directives for locally produced content. ■ Web site Communications Management. (25%) • Lead and support Website Communication approach. Responsible for contents and integrated marketing plan. ■ Contribute to the creative briefing process. (10%) • With Customer Experience in mind, provide feedback to improve the brand’s narrative and seasonal story telling. ■ Trade marketing support. (10%) • Assets check and management, develop and distribute trade marketing assets for Retail and Wholesale partners. Assets include photographs, videos and copy for store windows, in-store monitors, etc. • Trade show planning and production: preparation of catalog, sell-in tools and exhibitions. ■ Administrative / Ad-hoc. (5%) • Manage external partners and vendor’s communication and billing. • Supports the Global Marketing Team as needed. • Other duties as assigned. ※副業・兼業不可 |
3 | 【Education/ Experience】 • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Experience in the fashion and/or sportwear industries. • Experience in sales promotions and/or brand marketing 【Skills/Competencies】 • A planner. Capable of aligning stories and moments and delivering the plan in a clear and concise way. • An instigator. Requires the willingness to reach out across functions to improve the status quo or start something new. • A team player. Work cross functionally with stakeholders to enhance the customer journey and deepen the brand’s relationship with individual customers. • High-Mid level verbal and written business communication in English. • Knowledge and use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
