The Assistant Trading Coordinator is responsible for the overall operation and management of products on Teva e-commerce site, including product registration and management, online merchandising, and site improvements. The role mainly works with team members and related departments in Japan to contribute to achieving sales target and site KPIs.

| 2 | 業務内容（職責） ※ (%)は全体の業務に対する割合を指します ■ SITE CONTENT & PRODUCT LAUNCH MANAGEMENT (35%) • Register, set and manage product information in accordance with product launch and campaign schedules. • Monitor and adjust product inventory status and delivery schedules. ■ ONLINE MERCHANDISING PLANNING (35%) • Create a user-friendly website that is aligned with brand and e-commerce strategies and aims to maximize sales. • Create and manage appropriate categories and optimize global navigation, filter menus, and search results. • KPI progress tracking and reporting. ■ SITE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT (20%) • Optimize UI/UX using analysis tools such as Google Analytics. • A/B test planning, implementation, analysis and report. • Reflect Voice of Customer in improving the site. ■ LEARNING NEW TECHNOLOGIES & METHODS (10%) • Exchange information with online merchandisers from other brands (UGG, HOKA) to learn about new features of the tools and how to use them more efficiently. • Learn trends from competitors' cases and reflect them in your work. ※副業・兼業不可 |
| 3 | 【Education/ Experience】 • Bachelor’s Degree • 1+ years experience in eCommerce and knowledge of site functionality, usability • Basic knowledge of HTML and SEO • Experiences of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar tools (preferred) • Experience in Footwear/Outdoor/Fashion industry (preferred) 【Skills/Competencies】 • Beginner level of English (mainly reading and writing) • Google Analytics(preferred) • MS Office: Word, PPT, Excel • Ability to adapt to new tools • Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in task execution • Customer-centric mindset • Excellent communication skills • Proactive and self-motivated • Willingness to think independently and learn continuously All leaders at Deckers Brands must be able to demonstrate our leadership behaviors – • Come As You Are • Better Together • Commit To Create |
