◆ 主な役割：
Working under the leadership of the Retail Director and in partnership with Global retail team, this role is responsible for developing and executing retail operations strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence across our stores. This role is responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals in a fast-paced environment and localizing global initiatives to fit the Japanese market.
This role is to oversee cross brands of UGG, HOKA and TEVA, to lead by effective operations of store trainings, engagement events & activities, policy and procedure, store payroll efficiencies, inventory management, safety & loss prevention and store supply programs.

| 2 | 業務内容（職責） ※ (%)は全体の業務に対する割合を指します ■ Store Operations (35%) ・ Retail Operations Strategy: Develop and implement retail operations strategies to drive performance and meet business objectives for both brands. Analyze market trends and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. ・ Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all stores. Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and changes in the retail environment. ・ Operation Management: Oversee key operational controls related to inventory management, cash handling, and store payroll management. Build mechanism to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to address discrepancies and improve efficiency. ■ Customer & Employee Engagement (35%) ・ Training and Development: Design and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their roles. ・ Communication and Employee Engagement: Establish and maintain effective communication channels between store teams, regional management, and global partners. Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce. ■ Project & Cross-functional Management (30%) ・ Program Management Lead and manage the rollout of various retail programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local adaptation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of new programs. ・ Localization of Global Initiatives: Adapt and localize global retail initiatives to align with Japanese market demands and cultural nuances. Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless integration of global strategies with local practices. ・ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to support overall business goals. Build strong relationships with global partners to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. ※副業・兼業不可 |
| 3 | 【Education/ Experience】 • Bachelor’s Degree • Proficient verbal and written English & Japanese. • Proficient in Microsoft Applications. • Knowledge of system like Retail Pro/Oracle Retail and labor management. • Minimum 7-10 in retail operations management, with a proven track record in managing multiple brands or locations • Demonstrated ability at leading and driving strong retail operations including inventory, labor, cash and audit managements with the ability to be both strategic and ensure execution. • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and global environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones. • Strong project leading skills, with experience in executing and localizing global initiatives. • The ability to think strategically, creatively, solution based and proactive with an affinity for number and logical thinking. • Ability to work effectively with remote organizational and strong teamwork skills with local, regional and virtual team communities 【Skills/Competencies】 Business Acumen; Agility; Drive for Results; Decision Quality; Integrity & Trust; Effective Team building & development; Accountability; Customer Focus; Strong planning and project management skills; Ability to add value to the organization through general business analysis leading to operational change. |
