◆ 主な役割:
Manage buy plan conversion facilitation and inventory planning process on designated brand and channels. Facilitate with stakeholders on seasonal/monthly inventory need decision to achieve financial target, align on the pacing and balance demand and supply, support inventory optimization efforts including stock excess, supply constraint and channels/intercom leverage.
1. Manage the process from demand plan, total inventory need, to purchase plan by aligning inventory strategy on style-color, setting up safety stock level, and analyzing scenarios to execute buy plan target, on designated brands and OMNI channels. Execute buys on provided cadence.
2. Balance demand and supply, own constraint planning, provide solutions on supply challenges, communicate visibilities and obstacles, and propose options for cross-functional stakeholders in S&OP meetings. Strive with global partners to service uncovered demand.
3. Measure brand level service level execution, aging, turns, and provide recommendations for execution. Monitor inventory from market launch to End of Lifecycle clean up, build product efficiency reporting, and communicate with cross-functional team, work with cross-functional teams on consuming excess inventory and identify potential gaps on those that are over consumed.
4. Manage product move execution within supply parameters and hand over to Customer Service potential options on how to solve inventory and timeline gaps. Partner with Distribution & Logistics (D&L) and reflect Purchase Order (PO) and Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) dates correctly in system for driving execution.
5. Serve as information hub and experts on open Purchase Order delivery projection, OMNI channels stock availability, inventory clearance related topics. Support other Integrated Planning initiatives.

2 | 業務内容(職責) ※ (%)は全体の業務に対する割合を指します ■ Manage the process from demand plan, total inventory needs to purchase plan by aligning inventory strategy on style-color, setting up safety stock level, analyzing scenarios to execute buy plan target, on designated brands and OMNI channels. (30%) • Align with brand and channels on assumptions, product buffer differentiation, and calculation logic to derive total inventory need based on designated time window (season, or month), pacing and frequency. • Leverage OMNI channel inventory to ATP/free stock if Ship-to-ID or MOQ round up, risk or opportunities buy are not assigned on inventory level. • Maintain o9 Supply Planning management system parameters, manage order & inventory functions within SP module, and communicate with DP and other stakeholders on potential supply risks. • Collaborate closely with channels to proactively review style-color level buffer strategy & sell-through assumptions and validate updated inventory need. • Purchase Order creation and maintenance. • Play gate-keeping role with markets’ total stock intake, support finance target achievement whilst driving stock turn efficiency. ■ Balance demand and supply, own constraint planning, provide solutions on supply challenges, communicate visibilities and obstacles, and propose options for cross-functional stakeholders in S&OP meetings. Strive with global partners to service uncovered demand. (25%) • Review on-going Inventory Purchase Sales (IPS) to balance demand and supply. Identify gaps and propose solutions on inventory excess or shortage. • Work with cross-functional teams on consuming excess inventory and identify potential gaps on those that are over consumed. • Provide transparency on inventory position and highlight those updates with potential business risk or financial impact. Leverage Supply Review and S&OP to address critical stock impact. ■ Measure and improve service level execution, aging, turns, and provide recommendations for execution. Monitor inventory from market launch to End of Lifecycle clean up, build, and publish stock efficiency reporting. (20%) • Evaluate service level e.g. sales order on-time fulfillment and align with stakeholders on KPI reporting and tracking. • Support commercial teams by monitoring product supply through the cycle from launch to exit, especially on critical products, facilitate from channels supply coverage to stock clearance. • Establish and maintain inventory dashboard including stock turn and aging mix. ■ Manage product move execution within supply parameters and hand over to Customer Service potential options on how to solve inventory and timeline gaps. Partner with Distribution & Logistics (D&L) and reflect Purchase Order (PO) and Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) dates correctly in system for driving execution. (15%) • Continuously monitor Purchase Order confirmation and delivery with sales order fulfillment as final goal. Ensure system data integrity on PO and ASN information. • Build reporting and set up alerts on changes and incidents with fulfillment risk. • Communicate to channels and Customer Service team when supply not covering demand, and partner with stakeholders for solutions. ■ Serve as information hub and experts on outstanding Purchase Order delivery projection, OMNI channels stock availability, inventory clearance related topics. Support other Integrated Planning initiatives. (10%) • Master a complete view of inventory flow cycle from in-bound, in-warehouse to outbound. • Maintain visibility not only on static inventory position (current snapshot) but also dynamic projection with Inventory Purchase and Sales (IPS). • Collaborate with Demand Planning and others to drive holistic business planning, achieve financial targets and optimize stock supply. ※副業・兼業不可 |
3 | 【Education/ Experience】 • Degree holder preferably in Business Administrative, analysis, or supply chain related. • Minimum of 5 years supply planning/inventory planning experience with focused preferably on Footwear, Apparel, FMCG • Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities. • Able to adapt to different cultures, with versatile working style and disposition. 【Skills/Competencies】 • Fluent in written and spoken English and local language. • Knowledge of planning tools such as o9, BI data software, GT Nexus, Oracle EBS will be advantageous. • Good analytical, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills, project management skill strongly preferred. • Result-oriented, strong self-initiatives and resilience • Flexible and adaptable to change. |
