The Regional UX Lead works with the Director of eCommerce and the eCommerce Managers, Technology, and Marketing teams to create innovative digital experiences for mobile, web, e-mail, and multimedia. The Regional UX Lead should have intuitive knowledge of user experience design as well as A/B testing with an emphasis on mobile executions. Qualified candidates will have enough experience working with layouts and technical constraints to brainstorm and collaborate successfully with front-end developers and design team from concept to completion on a range of digital products including user interface design, emails, mobile applications, and more. This position will focus on Japanese sites but will require collaboration and partnership across global teams. Communication, leadership, and strong organization skills are required.

2 | 業務内容(職責) ※ (%)は全体の業務に対する割合を指します ■ Driving and designing user experiences through Data and UX techniques. Learning, researching, driving innovation and latest interface designs. (40%) • Work with the eCom Managers and development teams to create the right outcome-focused solutions • Partners with Customer Care and eCommerce Managers and leverages customer feedback loops to optimize sites accordingly • Utilizes behavioral analytics tools to gain insights and build improvements • Contribute to site enhancements on a weekly basis • Practice mobile first thinking • Keep tabs on UX and digital design trends; actively pursue opportunities to improve all properties • Support the Director of eCommerce and eCommerce Site Teams on a wide variety of projects • Creating wireframes to demonstrate best in class user experience including interaction flows, information architecture and designs ■ Managing and executing a A/B testing strategy (30%) • Manage A/B testing backlog and tests to compare and evaluate different design options and measure the impact • Work with the regional stakeholders, other regional teams and the global team to share the test plan and result ■ Work on Processes for UX, A/B testing and managing, sourcing UX tools as needed (15%) • Partner with the development team to design innovative solutions that challenge and build technical capabilities and efficiencies ■ Reporting on KPI’s and results (15%) • Regularly reports findings and suggestions to key stakeholders • Clearly communicate work-in-progress status to ensure alignment with cross-functional teams • Forge and manage communication feedback loop with the global team to ensure alignment, integration, and adoption across team ※副業・兼業不可 |
3 | 【Education/ Experience】 • College degree in graphic design or a related field • 3+ years in a mobile/web/interactive design environment with deep knowledge and experience in mobile • Business level English communication skills: verbal and written • Experience and up to date of the latest technologies and best practices UX • Possess expertise with Figma, Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop • Experience with device agnostic design • An understanding of data driven design, user-centric design, interaction design, and usability • An ability to communicate concepts through prototypes, storyboards, information architecture, and wireframes • Has a thorough understanding and experience with HTML5, CSS and Javascript-based applications • Excellent communications skills, both in-person and written • Process oriented and able to develop and follow project schedules • Ability to work on projects of all sizes from—site page designs, emails, web banners, and so on • Highly organized and has great communication skills * Teachable with the ability to learn quickly • Experience in a retail or consumer facing business a plus • Experience designing for Bootstrap framework a plus • Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology and project management software a plus 【Skills/Competencies】 All leaders at Deckers Brands must be able to demonstrate our leadership behaviors – • Come As You Are • Better Together • Commit To Create |
