SPOMAアソシエイトは、HOKAジャパンのスポーツマーケティングのイニシアチブの計画、開発、実行を支援し、スポンサーアスリートのリクエスト（製品、ロジスティクス、予算）をサポートし、スポンサーイベントのパートナーシップをサポートし、SPOMAのフットウェア、アパレル、アクセサリーに関連する目標管理/トラッキングを担当します。

| 2 | 業務内容（職責） ※ (%)は全体の業務に対する割合を指します ■Supporting Athlete management (40%) - Connect with best-in-class athletes and coaches - Find good sponsoring athletes and build better relationship with them. - Work collaboratively with each athletes (races, clinics, other consumer related events) - Deliver footwear, apparel and other HOKA athlete’s goods to each athletes/teams in a timely manner. - Assist athlete partnerships, including related event activations, coordination and execution. - Travel to key events and manage athletes before, during and after. ■Supporting Event management (30%) - Find effective sponsoring events and develop own events to raise the brand awareness and increase consumer touch base with the brand. - Work collaboratively with event organizers and related others - Work at the events (race expos, etc.) with FER to demonstrate products, build consumer awareness and provide HOKA experience to the consumer. ■Marketing team Operations (20%) - Support the entire marketing team with operations including warehouse management of all types of marketing materials, equipment, etc. - When needed, be the point person to plan and execute marketing operation improvement initiatives, including but not limited to, how we manage sample orders, the system needed to monitor sample inventory, order information ■Sports Marketing Operations (10%) - Work with the Sports Marketing Specialist to review and monitor budgets, identify potential asset needs and coordinate team logistics. - Forecast, track and monitor athlete and event specific assets. - Assist creation of a successful activation plan to expand athletes brand awareness and maximize our partnership with all events. ※副業・兼業不可 |
| 3 | 【Work Experience】 • 3+ years of working with or belonging in an athletic team experience. • Experience working at sports events. • Sports marketing experience an advantage. • Experience of working in sporting goods industry an advantage 【Skills/Competencies】 • Passion in the brand, Running and products. • Excellent planning, organizing skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Japanese a mandatory, English an advantage) • One on one service, fitting of technical running footwear. • Ability to prioritize workflow. • Self-motivated • Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive. • Positive, friendly and personal approach • Customer centric approach to internal and external customers • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, think out of the box and use initiative. • Familiarity with all products offered by Hoka • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Word, Excel and Power point. • Effectively prepare and present information and communicate to client groups. |
