- Lead the SALOMON Sportstyle marketing planning & execution
- Lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and content/communication
- Manage working relationships with agencies (Creative, Media and PR)
- Cross-functional work with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams
- Execute key marketing processes & track KPI’s
- Execute & potentially tailor/adapt brand strategy to maximize demand creation in Japan with collaborating deeply with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams

This position will manage multiple retail store of Salomon to maximize store sales and profits. It also activates staff motivation and brand loyalty, and develops long-term store growth strategies. You will also collaborate with VM, Training, Retail Marketing and Operations to create a great customer experience in our stores.

・Merchandising operation specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of all the operational activity within Salomon Footwear, Bags & Socks, Apparel & Accessories Merchandising team.
・Most focus will be on Demand & Inventory management. Other tasks include seasonal order management, allocation, as well as managing quality control incidents.
