The APAC Merchandising & Operations Manager is responsible for driving effective merchandising execution and operational alignment across the APAC region, with a primary base in Japan. This role works closely with direct-owned markets and distributor partners to ensure strong commercial performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with Wilson’s global brand and merchandising strategies.
The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on coordination with multiple business models, and robust business analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the region.
