・選手ウェアのサポート（着用フィッティング、商品手配）

Development of player's apparel

Product development (prototyping and testing) based on top players' requests
Custom-made designs for players, creation of instruction manuals
Support for players' wear (fitting, product arrangement)

【Work responsibilities】
'- Analyze market trend and pick up status and needs
- Create product concept by communicating with related internal / external parties
- Based on market research define product technical feature and verify the idea
- Communicate with external wear designers for visualize the concept
- Share information of materials and development process with internal departments and stake holders
- Create standard materials
- Create materials for meetings and briefing
- Manage creation of special products by athletes request, special match
- Require overseas business trip to support match (several times a year)
