【役割】
主体的にパフォーマンスを発揮できるバックエンドリード/エンジニアリングマネージャーを募集いたします。他のエンジニアと共にトライアルグループで開発した決済システムアプリ『SU-PAY』のバックエンドPGエンジンの機能実装、更新、リリースおよび保守を担当します。
【業務内容】
1.クリーンでメンテナンスしやすいコードを書きながら、迅速にイテレーションを行い、出荷する。
2. QAエンジニア、プロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャー、およびプロジェクトスポンサーと協力する。
3. 他のエンジニアと協力して、最新技術を使用したバックエンドの新しい機能を設計・実装する。
4. プロジェクト進捗管理し、進捗状況をレポート報告する。
5.アジャイルに似たイテレーションライフサイクル開発プロセスで作業する。

enable retailers to bridge the EC - Brick & Mortar gap, by connecting customers with products

Role: Full time backend lead/engineering manger who can perform with autonomy. This
engineer will be responsible for feature implementation, updating, releasing and maintaining
Supay backend PG engines along with other engineers.
Responsibilities:
1. Write clean, maintainable code while rapidly iterating and shipping.
2. Collaborate with QA engineers, project manager, product manager, and project
sponsors.
3. Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement exciting new features that
use the latest technologies for backend.
4. Self manage and provide reports on progress.
5. Work in an Agile-like, iterative lifecycle development process.

| 必須スキル・経験 | 1. Go言語（Golang）でのプロフェッショナルな経験が最低3年以上あること。 2.日本でのフィンテック関連サービス（例：支払い、BNPL、支払い処理、BaaSなど）の開発経験が最低3年以上あること。 3. クリーンアーキテクチャ、MVCモデル、モノリス、モジュラーモノリス、およびCI/CDの経験があること。 4. HTTP、RPCプロトコル、およびREST APIに強い理解があること。 5.PCI-DSSおよびJIS Q 15001基準を理解できること。 6.システム開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）を理解し、他者にSDLCの概念を教えることができること。 7.データフローダイアグラム、プロセスモデル、コンテキストモデル、イベントモデリング、状態モデリング、プロセス分解など、様々なシステムモデリングツールの経験があり、他者にこれらのツールの使い方を教える能力があること。 8.チームで2～3人以上のメンバーを計画、調整、管理した経験があること。 9.ビジネスレベルの英語力があること。 10.日本語レベル（N１/ビジネスレベル） 1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Golang. 2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in developing any kind of fintech related service such as Payment, BNPL, Payouts, BaaS, etc. in Japan. 3. Experience in Clean architecture, MVC, Monolith, Modular Monolith and CI/CD. 4. Strong understanding of the HTTP, RPC protocol and REST API. 5. Can understand PCI-DSS and JIS Q 15001 standards. 6. Can understand system development life cycle & train others in SDLC concepts. 7. Experience with and ability to train others on various system modelling tools including data flow diagrams, process models, context models, event modeling, state modeling, process decomposition. 8. Experience with planning, coordinating & managing at least 2~3 people in a team. 9. Business level English. 10. Japanese Level ：JFluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1) |
