【Job Description】
At Oak Solutions Co., Ltd., we provide consulting services that begin with analyzing our clients’ needs and extend to translating their business processes into code.
We specialize in Agile development using DDD and provide comprehensive IT-based solutions to address a wide range of challenges faced by businesses.
Originally established as an independent development division within an advanced medical institution, we now primarily serve healthcare clients, but we also provide management consulting and development services across all industries.
In addition to conventional business applications, we tackle a wide range of challenges, including image analysis and bioinformatics. Although we are a small company, we engage in a lot of international business, and our team is internationally diverse.
To ensure we stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies, we offer a comprehensive training system, including in-house study sessions and participation in external seminars and academic conferences.
【Responsibilities】
■ Medical IT Systems
■ Medical AI Development (including reproductive medicine)
■ R&D Support Systems
■ Online Medical Consultation Systems
■ Call Center Systems
■ Nursing Care Support & Care Billing Systems
■ Accounting, HR, and General Administration Systems
■ Design & Implementation of Bioinformatics Analysis Systems
■ Algorithm Development for Genetic Analysis & Genome Data Processing
■ Analysis of Medical Data (imaging, text, numerical) and Model Development
■Development and maintenance of various systems.
Our team primarily works with C# and .NET, and also uses Java, JavaScript, and FileMaker in both on-premises and cloud environments.You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of areas, from front-end and back-end development to infrastructure in cloud environments.Through developing business systems, you will help drive digital transformation (DX) in medical settings, and also be involved in research and development in AI and the bio-sciences.

| 応募資格 | 【What we are looking for】 No educational background required ■ Required Qualifications (must meet at least one of the following) ・ Experience in designing and developing systems using C# , .NET , or Java ・ Experience in designing and developing web systems (front-end/back-end) using JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.Net, Java, PHP, FileMaker, etc. ・ Experience in system operations management or managing a systems department ■ Preferred Qualifications ・Experience developing systems using C#, .NET, or Blazor ・Experience building systems on AWS or Azure ・Hands-on experience in network or security operations management You can work using multiple monitors, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment. |

| 勤務時間 | Work Schedule: Shift-based Actual Working Hours: 8 hours per day Average Working Days: 21–22 days per month Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break) |
| 想定給与 | Monthly Salary: ¥400,000 – ¥800,000 ※Salary will be determined based on experience and skills. ※Overtime pay is paid separately. ≪Estimated Annual Salary≫ 6,000,000 – 10,000,000 JP |
