| リモート・国際環境 / Remote & Multinational Team | Global & Flexible Research Environment While experimental work requires on-site presence in our laboratory, we maintain a flexible and globally connected research environment that emphasizes autonomy, trust, and effective collaboration across locations and time zones. • On-site Experimental Work: Laboratory-based research activities require regular on-site presence. However, researchers have substantial flexibility in organizing their schedules under a discretionary labor system. • Flexible Work Structure: Working hours are not rigidly fixed. Researchers are trusted to manage their schedules autonomously to achieve research goals and maintain productive collaboration. • Global Collaboration: You will work as part of a multinational team, collaborating with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders across Europe and Asia. • Asynchronous Communication: We actively encourage asynchronous communication (using tools such as Slack, Notion, and email) to support focused research time and accommodate different working schedules.
