Under the global brand marketing direction, the Manager, Marketing, Teva is responsible for leading the brand communication, PR, Go-To-Market and trade marketing strategy planning and execution across all channels in Japan market.
This role develops brand communication and seasonal launch plans, has control over creatives, works closely with eCommerce team to provide right assets to right places; digital advertisement, other digital marketing activations at Teva.com, social media and other platforms, brand partnerships and events.

Strategy Development
◇Establish long-range brand marketing strategy that aligns with global brand direction.
◇Integrate strategic planning of seasonal campaigns and launch initiatives with brand management.
◇Develop a content strategy across multiple digital disciplines including social media, digital creative, eCRM, mobile and emerging spaces by working closely with eCommerce team to ensure the brand’s digital presence is consistent and correct across digital platforms with regard to web design, email campaigns and content.
◇Responsible for PR and Trade marketing on integrated marketing plans.

Marketing Strategy Execution
◇Execute seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives including both sell-in and sell-through tools. Core responsibilities include digital/social, advertising, PR, partnerships, events, and content strategy.
◇Work closely with eCommerce team to develop content calendars for Teva.com to create seamless integration of digital marketing and eCommerce.
◇Concepts and assists in production (with support from creative group, outside agencies) to manage and execute delivery of brand content and video strategy to deliver on the brand ‘storyteller’ promise in partnership.
◇Manages programs through to delivery in market in partnership with related teams.

Partnership as key stakeholder
◇Be a key stakeholder to the creative development and production of tools with the global creative team – including briefing all GTM and digital needs for brand assets, photoshoots and etc. for seasonal campaigns, brand contents, launch initiatives and ongoing programs/products.
◇Act as the cross-functional category expert and communications hub for product, marketing, consumer insights and sales/business objectives for all product launches.
◇Leverage consumer insight as well as digital know-how to recommend digital brand building with eCommerce team.
◇Partner with entire brand team, brand partners, media partners, influencers, and ambassadors to collect and develop content to support our digital/PR/media syndication strategy and to disseminate on social media, Teva.com, wholesale e-commerce sites and online partners/influencers.

◇Bachelor’s degree
◇Digital/Social marketing knowledge

【Work Experience】
◇Must have at least 6 years marketing experience, preferably in footwear, apparel, or related consumer goods industry
◇Must have media planning and negotiation experience
◇Proven, successful track record in effective marketing
◇Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.

◇Must have the ability to work effectively in a leadership role across all marketing disciplines
◇Must have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to interact with staffs professionally and effectively, colleagues, and the executive management
◇Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
◇Positive and effective team player with experience leading direct reports
◇Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position
