1 【POSITION PURPOSE】

CRM Specialist manages customer data and digital media to shepherd identifiable audiences along their customer journey for all 3 brands, UGG, HOKA ONE ONE and Teva. His/her success will be measured by driving brand building, business and efficiency objectives.
2 【ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS】

CRM Program Development(50%):
• Collaborate with brand marketing and insight team to develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation/personalization models and audiences.
• Conceptualize and work with cross-functional teams to bring to market programs that identify and engage customers based on insights and consumer behavior.
• Design and partner to execute integrated multi-channel programs that focus on early life retention, stimulate brand engagement and increase customer LTV by leveraging existing triggered email/automated programs.
• Manage strategy and communication for UGG Rewards loyalty program. Develop communication plans and promotional schedules.
• Use internal and third-party data to help analyze channel effectiveness.
• Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc channel reporting, forecasting & analytics to help drive short term and longer-term data driven business strategies
• Drive strategic test and learn innovation, and scale the successes into systemic best practice
• Partner with eCommerce & Brands to analyze content performance, brief upcoming content and delivery fresh creative assets in a timely manner.

Email Operation(35%):
• Design the Email Communication calendar collaborating with the eCommerce/Brand Marketing for both FLG and PLG, based on the key focus products/digital activations/key link promotions.
• Coordinate with FLG and PLG operation team & Brand Marketing team on campaign calendar, creative timelines, campaign QA and feedbacks before the campaign launches.

Data Management(15%):
• Collaborate with the global MarTech team to manage CRM data and enhance process within Oracle Responsys.
• Identify and isolate data issues, provide resolution by troubleshooting or engaging other related technology groups.

3 【Education/Certifications】
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred


【Work Experience】
• Experience in eCommerce at a brand is required.
• 3+ years of experiences with CRM programs that emphasize segmented and personalized campaigns.
• Responsys experience a major plus.
• Experiences from Footwear/Outdoor/Fashion industry is a plus.
• Basic SQL Skills are a plus.
• Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities

• Comfort to presenting to both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to understand the roles of channels for influencing customers along their journey
• Excellent time management, organizational, planning and project management skills.
• Must be flexible, collaborative, and has excellent relationship building skills
• Prefers experience working with agencies or clients.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to assist in meeting company/team goals
• Motivated self-starter with high energy level and passion for the Internet medium. A willingness to do what it takes to create great work. Works well in a highly collaborative environment
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
4 【Work Environment】
