Working under the leadership of the Manager, MD Japan and in partnership with the global merchandising team, the Merchandising specialist is responsible for the execution of Brand Strategy in line with Global, the facilitation of maximizing sales, profits and brand equity through effective coordination of the logistics, operations, and marketing of the respective category within the UGG brand for all distribution channels, including Retail, Wholesale and e-Commerce in Japan.
This position will be responsible for Men’s, Kid’s and collaboration.

Working alongside the Integrated Marketing Manager, the DTC Marketing Associate, HOKA, is responsible for implementing the DTC execution for retail stores. This passionate and confident individual will lead the pre-season DTC planning for the channels including the trade show, catalogue, as well as in-season channel and consumer brand initiatives including POPs, window graphic change-outs, account promotions, digital content rollout. Opening and managing Shop-in-shop spaces in our key account stores is a priority as HOKA in Japan looks to build its brand presence to a wider audience.

The DTC Marketing Associate – HOKA is expected to be a confident expert capable of working collaboratively with HOKA Japan Sales team and DTC Retail team. There will be times where this individual will be working closely with global teams. DTC partially or fully includes SIS (Shop-in-Shop) as well and this requires working closely with sales team and wholesale accounts.

This critical position works closely with a wide range of internal teams to ensure the DTC plans align and complement brand strategies. This includes HOKA Japan Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, DTC retail stores Global Marketing, Global Creative. This individual will particularly work closely with Field Experience Representative Team to develop instore physical experiences for consumers and store staff.

QA スペシャリストまたはアシスタントはサード・パーティー・ロジスティックスを含む社内のあらゆる部門とのコミュニケーションを通じ、入荷検査のプロセス、確認方法、商品品質を保証・調整を行っていただきます

主な責務

• A 　デッカーズ内の生産管理・品質保証部門とサード・パーティー・ロジスティックスの検査部門との間での品質基準を調整し、統一した商品品質の保証
• B　サード・パーティー・ロジスティックスの検査部門と品質に対する統一した見解を持つよう働きかける作業を行う
• C　入荷検品にて発生する不良率、およびB, C品への説明責任

As the UGG Brand Media Specialist, you will contribute to the overall brand media strategy and effective implementation, which includes the planning, execution, and optimization of on-going campaigns across all the paid platforms. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, appropriate ad content delivery, and quality control to achieve the brand’s KPIs, while working closely with external agencies and the Brand Communication Manager.

アソシエイトは、コンテンツの作成/実行、承認、校正から、オムニチャネルチームや他クライアントへの最終的なマーケティングアセットの配信、およびアセットの配信後のWebサイトの内部ブランドマーケティングまで、マネージャーとディレクターをサポートします。このポジションは、コミュニケーションプロセスの中心となります。また、POP、画像などの制作資料の作成も担当します。

HOKA/TEVAのロジスティクスチーム、オペレーションチーム、MDメンバーと連携しながら在庫のコントロール（倉庫からの新規商品出荷、補充、返品指示）を行い、売上、利益、ストア体験の最大化を促進する職務。
