The Role:
The Digital Technology Associate is responsible for day to day management of eCommerce storefront system, related 3rd party ecosystems and source code releases.
This position will be responsible for managing storefront technologies and operations that make up the Japan websites and how they perform collaborating with Local eCommerce Team, Global Digital Technology, Global DevOps, Global/Local IT, Global Marketing Technology, Regional Retail/Global DTC and Global/Regional CRM Teams to enhance DTC/OMNI capabilities by focusing on connecting consumer journey across channels.
The position will also coach a Digital Technology Coordinator to ensure day to day Order Fulfillment Operation.

| 2 | 業務内容（職責） ※ (%)は全体の業務に対する割合を指します ■ “Day to day Site and Digital Tools Management” (40%) As the Japan Digital Technology Associate your key responsibilities are ensuring the day to day needs of local Japan team, managing storefront sites working closely with the Japan eCommerce Team, CRM Team, Retail Team and Global Team. ■ Coach and train Digital Technology Coordinator the day to day operation and monitoring process and recommend a new procedure if necessary. (25%) ■ “Code Release Management/Coordination” (20%) Manage, Coordinate the global code releases. ■ Analyze on-going KPI reporting metrics to ensure the sites are performing at their best. Create tickets to improve storefront UI/UX and performance. (15%) ※副業・兼業不可 |
| 3 | 【Education/ Experience】 • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred • 3+ years functional management experience. • 3+ years of project management experience. • 3+years of eCommerce operation management experience • Preferred Certification: Scrum 【Skills/Competencies】 • Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization. • Thorough understanding of the eCommerce business systems and web platform. • Creative and tactical approaches to projects in a growth company • Knowledge and experience with E-commerce, Retail, and Omnichannel technologies • Proactive communicator and excellent listener when understanding your teams and how they define success • Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines. • Strong organizational skills; can bring together resources to get the job done. • Proactive resolution of project issues and conflict. • Proven relationship-management skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels. • Knowledge of Scrum and Waterfall best practice All leaders at Deckers Brands must be able to demonstrate our leadership behaviors – • Come As You Are • Better Together • Commit To Create |
