SALOMON Japan is now rapidly changing and upgrading MKT Strategies. We’re really need to hire an innovative person to take the role to try and connect with both performance and fashion accounts.

⁻ Own the SALOMON SG (Run, Hike, Fashion) marketing planning & execution
⁻ Lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and content/communication
- Manage working relationships with agencies (Creative, Media and PR)
⁻ Close cross-functional work with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams
- Execute key marketing processes & track KPI’s
⁻ Execute & potentially tailor/adapt brand strategy to maximize demand creation in Japan with collaborating deeply with Merchandising, Sales, Retail and Digital teams

- Consumer Marketing (Community building, Media relations) : 60%
⁻Trade Marketing (B2B, D2C, E-tailer) : 30%
- A&P Budget Management: 10%

Consumer Marketing: 60%
-Make solid relationship with local media agents/sources and manage all media relations and projects
-Develop advertising, press release and all promotion materials, including translation and copywriting
-Develop and/or contribute to community-based marketing, digital marketing
-Conduct market research as well as consumer insight work

Trade Marketing: 30%
-Develop and coordinate execution of 360degree marketing plan and seasonal campaigns
-Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
-Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
-Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with Merchandising and sales teams
-Liaise and communicate with Merchandising, sales, retail, and digital teams to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns
-Manage visual merchandising of branded space in key accounts

A&P budget management: 10%
必須スキル・経験 - More than 5 years related working experience in similar industry
- Digital Marketing Experience
- Passion for Outdoor and general Sports / Fashion will be a plus
求める人物像 - Strong marketer with brand marketing toolbox, preferably with sports / outdoor / fashion brand experience
- Marketing track record of achievement and contributing to brand development & growth
- Dedicated and passionate
- Excellent in project and budget management
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivated
- Work independent
